About it Aladino VoIP is the new cordless telephone belonging to the Aladino family created to make calls through the ALICE ADSL connection, thanks to Telecom Italia’s Alice Voice offer. The cordless is provided with a 4,096 colours display, can send and receive SMS, move and register the phone numbers from the SIM Card of the mobile phone to its address book (up to 200 numbers) and access the main Telecom Italia services in an easy and fast way thanks to the dedicated menu.

The Target
The Aladino VoIP terminal is targeted at Telecom Italia’s clients with an Alice ADSL connection and an active residential or consumer Alice Voice or Alice All Inclusive contract.
Aladino VoIP belongs to a telephony offer designed for families. In fact, it easily associates a personal number to every family member: on the Aladino VoIP station can be registered up to 4 other home cordless devices using the DECT technology, each of them can be assigned a different additional Alice Voice personal number.

Innovative Technology
Aladino VoIP exploits the Voice Over IP technology, that is the standard technology making it possible to make a phone call through the Internet connection. It connects to the Alice ADSL modem through the Ethernet cable included in the package and it does not require a PC either to set up the terminal and to make phone calls.
Aladino VoIP also supports a remote update system designed to facilitate changes in terminal software. Hence, new applications and services can be implemented by merely changing the release directly at the clients’ home without requiring the terminal to be taken to an authorised dealer.
